As the Founder and M.D. of DR. RAO’S IIT NEET ACADEMY, I, Dr. I N Nageswara Rao, am proud to lead this esteemed educational institution. With a Ph.D. in English, M.A. in English, and a B.Ed. in English methodology, I have a solid academic foundation, including securing the 27th rank in AUCET and 42nd in NUCET. My expertise spans CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, with a specialization in designing curriculum for +2, Intermediate, and Pre-University levels.

With over 26+ years of experience as a Principal, Academic Director, and Dean at institutions like Narayana, Sri Chaitanya, Deeksha, and Oxford, in Andhra, Telangana, Karnataka and a tenure as Principal in Doha, Qatar, I am dedicated to fostering excellence in education. My passion for teaching, combined with a student-centered approach, aims to create a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment. I am committed to maintaining high standards and continuously improving the educational process to ensure student success.

We have a team of highly qualified and experienced teaching faculty dedicated to creating a positive learning environment. Our staff skillfully combines two key strategies: Love and Logic. Love nurtures trusting relationships, making students feel respected, valued, and cared for. Logic, on the other hand, encourages personal responsibility, self-control, sound decision-making, self-confidence, and strong moral character. I also focus on guiding our staff toward professional growth, ensuring that our efforts lead to the satisfaction of both students and parents.

Mrs. Nanda B Y is the Co-Founder and Academic Director of Dr. Rao’s Academy, bringing over 15 years of expertise in education, specializing in teaching IIT-JEE and NEET Physics.

Academic Credentials:

B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
M.Tech in VLSI Design and Embedded Systems (Gold Medalist)

With her impressive academic background and extensive experience, Mrs. Nanda has established herself as a leading educator in the field of IIT-JEE and NEET coaching. Her dedication to teaching and passion for Physics have enabled her students to achieve outstanding results.
